SARAH

Born in Grand Bank, Newfoundland, but raised primarily in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Sarah grew up singing in church choirs and in duets at music festivals (the joys of being judged). With 10 years of voice training and an absolute avoidance (fear) of singing in public it's amazing she's on stage at all. Affectionately known as Angel Fish (what they don't know won't hurt em'), Sarah has been with the band for their 12 year funfest.

Sarah has experimented with musical theatre landing a role in the musical Footloose in 2003 and most recently in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar (2005) as Mary Magdalene.

She had the opportunity to record with Dale Letcher on both of his albums ("West Linden Road" in 2003 and "Vacation" in 2005) lending both back up and lead vocals to the projects.

Like most women ;-), Sarah is used to multi-tasking so adds lead and backing vocals, keyboard, hand held percussion and tin whistle to the band. When not performing you can find Sarah working her hands to the bone, with her business partner Leah at their clinic or teaching yoga at Breathing Space Yoga Studio in Halifax.
