Sarah has experimented with musical theatre landing a role in the musical Footloose in 2003 and in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar (2005) as Mary Magdalene.
She had the opportunity to record with Dale Letcher on both of his albums (“West Linden Road” in 2003 and “Vacation” in 2005) lending both back up and lead vocals to the projects.
She adds lead and backing vocals, keyboard, hand held percussion and tin whistle to the band. When not performing you can find Sarah working with her business partner Leah at their clinic Total Kneads or teaching yoga at The Pilates Barre Halifax, or On the Mat on Oxford Street.
